MMAGEEKS keeps your training data private: we never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never share it with third-party AI providers.
What we collect and why
Voice recordings
Purpose: Converted to text to create your training log
Who can access it: No one
Retention: Deleted immediately after processing. A recording that fails to process may be kept briefly to fix the error (at most the 10 most recent)
Memo transcripts and training logs, including weight, injuries and wellbeing you mention
Purpose: To provide your camp log, habit tracking and safety warnings
Who can access it: You, and your coach if a coach account records about you
Retention: Until you delete them or close your account
Account details: name, invite code, sign-up date, last activity, memo count
Purpose: To run your account and the beta
Who can access it: You and MMAGEEKS
Retention: Until your account is closed
Your acceptance of these policies (date and version)
Purpose: To keep a record of your agreement
Who can access it: MMAGEEKS
Retention: While your account exists
Feedback (“Was this log right?”)
Purpose: To improve accuracy
Who can access it: MMAGEEKS sees your note; the memo and log only if you choose to share them
Retention: Until you ask us to delete it
Memos recorded offline
Purpose: Sent automatically when you reconnect
Who can access it: You only (stored on your phone)
Retention: Removed from your phone once sent
Backups
Purpose: To recover from technical failure
Who can access it: MMAGEEKS, for restoration only
Retention: 14 days
Security
All data is encrypted in transit and stored on secured systems operated by MMAGEEKS. We use trusted infrastructure providers for website hosting and secure network connections; they carry your data but do not access or keep your training content. Your information may be processed in a country other than the one you live in.
AI processing
Speech recognition and log generation run on systems operated by MMAGEEKS. Your memos are never used to train third-party AI models.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Sensitive information
Training, weight and injury details can be sensitive. We use them only to produce your training log and safety warnings.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can request access to, correction, export or deletion of your data by contacting @a.cornerman.i on Instagram. Deleted data is removed from active systems immediately and from backups within 14 days.
