Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cornerman, a service provided by MMAGEEKS (“MMAGEEKS”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Cornerman, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Health & Safety Disclaimer.

1. Beta service

Cornerman is currently offered free of charge as a beta. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued at any time. If we end the beta, we will give you at least 14 days’ notice so you can export your data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher. Invite codes are personal and must not be shared. You may only record information about yourself or, with a coach account, about athletes who have agreed to it.

3. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse-engineer or copy the software, or use Cornerman for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your voice memos and training logs. You grant MMAGEEKS a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide Cornerman to you.

5. AI-generated content

Training logs, drills, corner cues and weight guidance are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Review them with a qualified coach. You train, spar, manage your weight and compete at your own risk.

6. Availability and disclaimer

Cornerman is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMAGEEKS is not liable for any injury, loss of performance, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using Cornerman and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer or data-protection laws of your country of residence.
